“I think the main misconception — although I’m not even sure if it’s truly a misconception or just an exaggeration — is about how corrupt business is in Africa. There’s corruption everywhere, and no special brand of corruption is exclusive to Africa. In fact, the higher the risk, the higher the reward, and Africa is a prime example.
