Born to a Costa Rican dad and a Trinidadian mom, Dona is passionate about creating community for cross-cultural populations. She has presented around the world as a keynote, at conferences, universities & in media as a lifestyle expert focused on entrepreneurship, marketing & cross-cultural identity. In addition, she has served as head of a manufacturing company that developed original, award-winning products selling in 45 countries via stores like Hallmark, ProFlowers, major museums in the U.S., Europe, and Oceania, and independent stores globally. Doni, by the age of 19, already identified with seven different cultures across five different continents, further boosting her multicultural background.
