In this week’s episode, we had the pleasure of featuring Amy, an exceptional Nigerian chef based in Oklahoma who courageously left her job as a quality control technician to pursue cooking full-time. Intrigued by Amy’s mouthwatering meat pies and exceptional customer service, I was eager to dive deeper into her story.

During the interview, Amy shared what it was like growing up as the first and only female in a family of seven. She reflected on the unique experiences and valuable communication skills she gained from having four male siblings.
