In today’s episode, Ayomide and I interviewed my dear friend, Von Apochi. Von and I go a long way back when I was younger, in my college, in Nigeria. He is a Nigerian currently living in the US, and before that founded and is president of the SabiWaka Natural Company. He is also a business analyst in a top financial firm and an entertainer who has been featured in reality TV shows (like Gulder Ultimate Search), radio shows, movies, and stage productions. He is proudly African and loves diverse cultures. He also describes himself as highly adventurous and sociable.
Von and I met as diploma students at the University of Lagos through another friend, Lamide (who Ayomide also later became friends with). I still remember how welcoming, warm and open he was. Our moments together were always so bright, and he had this easy way of bringing people together.
